Some times we feel guilty for wanting to take time for ourselves,we feel guilty for not getting things done and we feel guilty for what we think and how we feel.
Guilt can do extreme damage to our self esteem and our self worth.
In today’s video I talk about the guilt I’ve dealt with in myself and give you tips on how to overcome Guilt and shame and start accepting yourself for where you are now.
